¡Hola, amigos! Did you know that there are two types of verbs in Spanish: regular and irregular?
Regular verbs are easy-peasy to remember because they follow a predictable pattern in all their conjugations across different tenses. For example, the verb hablar (to speak) is a regular verb, and its root always remains unchanged.
On the other hand, irregular verbs can be a bit tricky at first since they don’t follow the same predictable pattern of conjugation as regular verbs. But don’t worry, you’ll get the hang of them soon enough!
Although irregular verbs might be regular in some tenses, in other tenses they have unique changes, or even entirely new forms for some tenses. For instance, the verb tener (to have) is an irregular verb in many tenses.
By the way, I’ve got your back! I’ve included links or lists of irregular verbs for every tense, so you can breeze through them without breaking a sweat.
