¡Hola, amigos! Did you know that in Spanish, most verbs that end in cer or cir are irregular in the present tense? And here’s the kicker – only yo is irregular. All other forms function as regular verbs. Let’s take the verb ofrecer (to offer) as an example.
| Person | Conjugation |
|---|---|
| yo | |
| tú | ofreces |
| usted | ofrece |
| él ella | ofrece |
| nosotros nosotras | ofrecemos |
| ustedes | ofrecen |
| ellos ellas | ofrecen |
| vos | ofrecés |
| vosotros vosotras | ofrecéis |
TIP! The verb decir (to say, to tell) and its derivates work in a different way. A POST ABOUT THIS WILL COME SOON!
